nah just had more than my fair share of "communications" with them. And by communication I mean I speak and someone reads a script of be pre-defined responses based on keyword that usually has nothing to do with my stated issue.

My payments account has been broken since July by late September they wore me down and I just stopped calling and emailing found a few work arounds on my own and I can usually manage to make it work long enough to withdraw to my bank a few times a week

 

I've sent 2-3 different emails since my move a year ago. The response I get back "we can't change it. it may change automatically though!" or something like that. So, my guess is they have no idea.
