And looking into it, they keep saying Prolific offers fair wages, but do they not realized the researcher is responsible for the wage... if they want to pay fair wage on mturk, they can! And I've seen my fair share of 6GBP/h studies which is garbage.

 

Well even with a broken brain I appreciate PDRI. Got me back on track for weekly goal. And I wants my monies.

Found out today my house is sinking in the center. However. We have no clue WHEN it sank. It could have sank 50 years ago. The house is solidly built, it's legit settling of the ground. Under part of the house is in excellent shape - supports are solid, no gaps, no nothing, but yep, there's a "low" spot in the center of the house. Needs to be jacked up a tad but that will cause issues, too, especially if it sunk a long time ago.

So now I get to stress every day about a fracking sinkhole, lol. (Even though I've lived there over 11 years with this issue...it may have become an 1/8th of an inch worse in that time? No clue...)

So I wants all the monies in case I can't live with this and decide to jack it up and risk all the other shit falling apart when that happens, lol.

 

The best thing I can say is don't over think it.

 

I'm keeping my glasses.
