There are no windows where it needs to be jacked (center of house) and he's done it before with other houses way way worse than mine.

However. I have hardwood floors. So those will pop for sure. Right now unless it gets worse I will just leave it be. A marble barely rolls and the only door that won't close is my bedroom one and that's been that way for 11 years and only needs like 1/4 of an inch shimmed off to close. There is a crack above that door but also been there since I bought the house, could have been there for 40 years? Who knows. That part of the house was built in 1949.

So, maybe when I'm ready to have the hardwood all redone I'll have the house jacked up so then the hardwood can be all fixed and redone. At this point, unless something drastic happens, the house itself is in fantastic shape, so no urgency and there may never be.

Sorry you've been through so much! How crazy are older homes? But then, new homes have crazy stuff, too!
