I have no idea what HIT you're talking about, so can't help you there. But many surveys have the survey code on a page that still requires you hit the arrow at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes the page is even timed, so it takes a few seconds for the arrow to even show up. Possible it wasn't finalized because a final arrow wasn't clicked?

Nah man I've been in open communication with this guy. I can't access the study today for some reason. He asked me to send him a screenshot and he is looking into it. He seems to want to help and I think a mistake was just made somewhere along the way.
