    by peeing outside the litterbox, do you mean like JUST outside the litterbox, or like in the living room or something?

    Maybe whatever litter you're using is hurting her feet? possibly try something different?

    On chairs and sofas. I hadn't thought about the litter hurting her feet. Unfortunately, I don't think that's it - we've gone through all kinds of different litters without success. The other two cats are fine, and we have four litterboxes in different areas of the house.

    The thought is that she is stressed and that's causing her to act up :emoji_disappointed_relieved:

    Usually if it has to do with feet pain for a cat they're declawed.

    Also some cats don't like the litter box or are just weird, 1 of my cats will shit in the litterbox yet he won't pee in it, he pees in my kitchen sink, I guess I should be happy that's easy to clean.
