Pros:
Their other HITs are better - but still not worth a waste of a panda to grab them as they slowly drop batches of like 3 or 4

Cons:
These are much worse than their regular ol' - "Are these the same"
-These require research to find out of a restaurant is still open. Perhaps check out for recent facebook posts, recent yelp reviews, etc. that kind of thing.
-I used to like having this qual - as they would occasionally post mild batches in the days of yore. Now they just trickles like a UTI

I may sound like an ash hole here, but some of those reasons aren't acceptable for me. Like brother needed a ride... take a cab. Doctor appt she forgot... sad but reschedule, not the business' problem. Someone got hurt... depending who it is, possibly not something you should call off for.
I would personally give her a "last" warning saying something like if it happened once a month, those excuses would be acceptable, but not every week. Next time you call off for a "small" reason, we'll have to let you go.
