Pros:
Pay is good, though it will depend on your partners and your choices. Hit was approved before the second part began, so you won't risk a rejection if you forget or are unable to come back (though the pay would be very low). I did not include the one hour wait time, as it was completely passive. You can allow them to send you an alert when the hour is up if you want.

Cons:
The main decision-making task took about 11 minutes for me. You have to wait for others to join and then to make their decisions, which could impact your time spent and your bonus. You then have to leave the tab/window open for one hour before returning to find out your bonus and complete a brief (~3 minute) survey.
