Somehow through all of the mess of timed out connections, and dropped players, my bonus was saved appropriately.

Cons:
So much waiting, and there is a chance that someone will drop out. It also depends on the team members. I spent about 10 extra minutes waiting, and 7 of those were nervously wondering why the game was slowing down then turned into a timed out page.
