If by closed, you mean you have a qual that others dont have? It varies. My buddy who had just started turking a few months back had this qual to do a pretty fire batch and was making 40 bucks a day off it. It depends. Check Qualify often for quals. Boost your approval numbers by doing reputable batches and youll be able to do more stuff.

 

I think it also depends on when you started on Mturk. When I first started, there weren't near as many closed qual hits as there are now (I had no clue at the time either)

 

I joined 3 years ago, pretty sure I got it my first one with in a week. but that was 3 years ago. It has changed a lot from then.

Too early for attitudes

 

I've only been going at it FT since August. Sitting at 21k hits and at 99.92% Was really just curious because they feel like they are never going to come for me. I spend the majority of my time doing surveys, but have 1 batch that I do to keep my numbers up.

Pretty passive really, but by passive, I mean it requires your constant attention

-Timed section which takes most of your time on this which you need to be there for since you have to press a continue button within X amount of time or get booted

With that many hits, you should be able to work on getting some. There are some hits where the qual was given out a long time ago and they never open it back up. There are some that post a qual hit once or twice a year. You just always have to be on the lookout for them.

 

Venture out of your comfort zone and hit up Qualifye to get additional closed quals. Also, do the questions contained within the submission HIT page since those will give you additional quals. Make sure you set up your basic amazon preferences, etc. All of these things will contribute to getting into HITs that others cant do. I mean, I don't base my day off what closed quals I got. I base it off what's in my queue that makes me money.

If you complete HITs, quals will come.

 

I camp out on qualifeye, always do the questions (you're talking on the submit page right?), have the amazon preferences done. I'm definitely making way more than I was when I started, just trying to explore ways to grow even more. Thanks for the advice

If you've done all of the above, I think the last thing you need to do is repeatedly mash the Request Qualification for Masters button. It's been proven that it works none of the time, half the time.
