Looks that 3rd choice lab is lost to the abyss.

 

This was recorded over teamviewer, so it's a bit faster than that. I pay for "up to" 400 and on a clean boot on idle, I'm usually a bit above 400.
I was lucky because I had 120 for a year and when the contract was expiring (and the rate was gonna go up), I called to re-negociate and they had 120 and 400 at the same price (still higher than my rate at the time) and when I mentioned it was more expensive, they gave me $20/month discount for 2 years because I've been with them for like 8 years.
