I dunno. I live in Maine and had a room full of real fans over (life-time New Englanders) and they were pissed and completely done with the team before the half. I kept saying: Wait. It's Brady... you guys have plenty of time. You're not even down by that much. Every team I root for is always down at the half. Etc. etc.

I thought it was funny I was calming them down and trying to rally them when I was rooting against their team.

 

Also you play the Bengals next week. So.......

Ehh I can see that if the lifelong means the past 20-25 years...like since Bledsoe. But for anyone there for the 70's and 80's I just don't see a majority freak out...pissed? Yeah lots to be pissed about but normally up by 30 when the refs get this fucky so it doesn't matter.

I'm just pleased the same guys are going out there now and they will gel in time for #7

Apparently even in fantasy, the Leafs can't beat the Bruins.

 

The group was mostly people in their 40's - 50's who had been born and raised in Maine. They were pissed. But had also completely given up and called the game over before the half.

Should be the same guys...except maybe the kicker.
