    If it's a high quality cut, then cooking too much basically ruins it. Most places that serve Wagyu beef won't serve it cooked medium well or well.

    We have a local place here (that isn't a steak house) that has a steak night every thursday/saturday and I love going there

    12oz hand cut Certified Angus Beef Ribeye or 8oz Sirloin with loaded baked potato and house salad. Dine in only. $15.99

    And the best part is they actually cook it how you want it... Instead of tossing it on the grill and letting Jesus take the spatula.

    Yes. Except that one's been up for a while despite being reported, so we can only assume that the authorities don't actually c-wait I'm turning into the angry panda, let's not do that. Just report and ignore.
