There's a list of radio buttons where you're supposed to be able to make multiple selections, but of course, being radio buttons, not check boxes you can only select one. The next question asks "how often?" for the selected option, but it's just another radio button with the same selection.. no way to answer how often..

He is already 2... which I thought meant he was going to have a huge learning curve but he is already starting to behave really well. The owners gave me the crate they used for him.. it made me really angry. They had him in the same size crate my chihuahuas were in! I had him walk in it and he couldn't even turn around.
