Hey, @ChrisTurk I'm a little behind today (okay a lot behind) but when we were in South Korea and I was working with one of the local orphanages and the babies this is the kind of baby carrier that I had then you can wear it in the front or you can wear it in the back depending on how old your baby is or how comfortable you are with using it and the beauty of it is your babies very close to you and when you wear your baby on the back you have your arms and hands-free to do most anything else you need to do. Honestly, the $100 or more ones are worth it. I used mine with Kiddo until he was over 3 years old. It was a godsend many, many times. The cheaper ones didn't give him enough support and hurt my back, but the more expensive one I bought for my (then) small frame (size 6-8 in female sizes) worked great with my super chunky, heavy kid.
