Totally understand. Unfortunately my two problem crowns are bottom left and upper right so I cut up everything - because either side I'm screwed. . Apple - no way.... those babies gotta be shredded or sauced.

 

Yeah. That's why we skipped it and just went with the plan that is offered through our Dentist. Also in a pinch we have done Care Credit a few times. Which is good as long as you pay it off before the outrageous interest kicks in.

I had good luck with Humana, Dental Value Plan (C550). I don't have it anymore, but it was like $12 a month when I had it. It looks like its $13.70 if I were to sign up for it again with a $30 one time enrollment fee. It wasn't really insurance it just made the dentist a lot cheaper. Here's the short list. It was a little rough finding a dentist that took it, but past that it wasn't too bad.

 

I do country surgery now. Bottle of whisky and pair of pliers.
