I just put a pork loin with some potatoes and veggies in a pot and stuck it in the oven. Maybe 15 minutes of work, then 4 hours of drinking beer and watching football while the oven does all the work.

So a lot work when less does job?

 

I love roasts to! This only took me 15 minutes to make, so it wasn't that bad. The was leftovers from Thanksgiving that I thawed out so I really didn't have to cook the meat.
