Name matching is a banking rule. I'm sure mTurk is following the regular direct deposit rules for banks. Mismatched names can be flagged as errors or potential fraud. But banks give leeway for common name changes like Robert to Bob or Christopher to Chris. If you've been fine before, seems likely you'll be fine again. If you haven't had issues in general with direct deposit in the past (because again, this is a very common rule), don't worry yourself unnecessarily now.
