You are both probably correct, I have just never seen this much, and this consistency.
I guess I will pick up another bottle tomorrow.
    for scientific research of course.

I just typed "lumps in bottom of wine glass" in Google. Seems to have worked out just the same.

Actually did take a tour on a trip to Italy of some old barrels in a cave and that stuff was super dense with a bunch of crap in it. Tasted good though.

Chianti 100%. You will usually find some sediment. Or some residual leftover on the glass.

So much cheese. So much olive oil. So much prosciutto.
And fresh baked bread every day.
    Highly recommend it.

My favorite wine is from Italy. Brunello, too bad it's so spendy, I could just bathe in the stuff
As for all those other goodies you could probably just go visit @Hummingbirdee , not to mention the pastries.

Although I hear she makes people go hiking with her after dinner :afraid:

Ohhh. My favorite is Brunello. The only place it is reasonably priced is Tuscany. When we were there 15 years ago we drank quite a bit of it :) I may or may not have put a few bottles in my suitcase :)

Re: @Hummingbirdee it looks like she is quite the amazing baker.... hoping I can contribute to the Bowl Game Bowl :)

As far as hiking after dinner - I am totally game. I have half a broken knee but can clamber with the best of 'em.
