12/21 - Silly Saturday

I actually changed mine to 7 days. Someone on the forum had a really great point that if your accounts consistently show a weekly deposit, it's better for showing income (like for loans, etc.), as if you have a "regular" job. The daily deposits would confuse any typical banker.

 

If it is anything like prime shipping these days it is anywhere from 2 days to "how in the hell could it possibly take that long?"

 

I would think the same if Amazon Payments wouldn't have set me up with the sheer joy of being able to transfer from MTurk in the early afternoon, process with AP by midnight and see the money in my bank the next morning Now everything is going to seem like

 

I'm like $6 away from another great week...if that shit happens I'll be stunned because I'm at $3.11 LMAO Maybe a Choice Lab will pop up?

did you guys have any time when you unable to turk? or you were able to turk the entire time the process was going on of switching to the direct deposit thing? also has anyone else had time when they couldn't turk because of reverifying things or anything due to switching to direct deposit?

 

I've been turking like crazy for the entire time. There wasn't a bit of a problem with that at all.

 

Not them, but I didn't have any problems with being able to work. A little salty about the way the deposit was timed on Thursday, but otherwise no problems.

 

do I need to have anything other than my bank's routing number? to switch to direct deposit. I don't want to start the process then find I have to "fax" things or get info I don't have.

 

They ask for your name (just first and last), your checking (or savings) account number and the routing number. That was all. I've never had to fax anything, but I triple checked all my numbers and made sure all the names matched (in Mturk, Amazon Pay (old), my bank, etc.) I didn't take any chances with anything and I've never had any sort of problem.
