Dodged the bullet

 

Absolutely! I'm not a stickler about this sort of thing, and certainly go both ways (wait a minute!) on the health vs. convenience argument. I definitely do more things that are bad for me than good. But I'd recommend that anyone who has any potential interest at all should make their own yogurt without an "h", as well as their own 'live' sauerkraut and pickles. You can save money, and all those natural probiotics will make you feel great.

 

Which one? There're so many around here!
