    Do you do it the "proper" way and fold the egg over? I always just end up with extra-fluffy scrambled eggs with the ingredients mixed in.

    Lately I've been trying to incorporate more fresh veggies/lean meats.

    Monday I made a random pasta dish with some wheat noodles and low sodium sauce with some sliced steak (I had it in the freezer) and it turned out well.

    Tonight is brown rice with mushrooms and tomatoes with some grilled chicken breasts. Not entirely sure if I will have a sauce/glaze for the chicken... thinking I might make a homemade mustard-based one.

    Tomorrow I'm not sure. We recently went to Outback and I loved the veggie medley (not sure if it's based on location ours was yellow squash and zucchini) and I loved it. I think I might grab some and make some veggies...and something on the side.

    I have like 50 eggs now. I am getting 9 a day and help I can't eat them all

    I've given them to everyone I know! I've even made scrambled eggs for my dog!

    I think I'm going to need to hit the panic button and cook a bunch and feed them back to the chickens before they go bad
