    its not really harder. warez sites make it so that you don't even need garbage ass torrents.

    The thing is that streaming is just so much EASIER, and its not that expensive. its almost not even worth the time looking something up on a warez site to do the download.

    It's way more hardcore now.....I'll give an example so no one get pissed. I downloaded a game because I wanted to try it before spending 60 bucks on it...

    My VPN screwed up halfway into the download and I had walked away, I got an email from Comcast literally saying I had violated copyright laws from some company and to immediately delete it etc etc, apparently if you get to many of these they will cancel your account.

    I've reached the point where I like to support the bands/companies I like.

    For example: I've listened to every NSP song and have been a fan from the bands start. I listen to them often on youtube while I'm working... But I've made sure to buy every album they have released because...if people don't support them they will have to stop making the music I like. Same with games/indie games I enjoy.

    So while I was a product of the early internet pirate age I like to think I've grown as a person. To each their own of course.
