Edited to clarify: It was a qual test, where "there are no wrong answers" doesn't apply. From the qual requester's POV, an answer is either right or wrong. From my POV there's some ambiguity.

This qual had questions like (pardon my paraphrasing): "is [some statement] right, or is it half-right or approximately so, or closer to mostly right?" — and some judgments were IMO ambiguous between "approximately half-right" versus "mostly right" — so I felt like I was kinda rolling the dice on that, but if I get more than a couple of those "wrong" then maybe I don't win the qual.

But yeah, ambiguity is a part of life, and ambiguous judgments are a part of the turking life.
