Seriously, with all the years I spent as a contractor at a hospital, there was absolutely no doubt that 'before' took priority. It only makes sense that if you keep yourself clean then the 'after' is not as necessary if you don't have a tendency to 1 and 2 on yourself. Of course 'both' is best, and I made effort to always do that, but wanted to let you know I appreciate the logical (opposite of most people) way you think!

I do what I can between low quality content messageing to make decent things occassionally.
