And it does seem to be a completely random throw around. He has 160k and no masters, but last time they were "throwing masters around" there was a chick in an mturk FB group that got it with 35k approved! She was like "wow everybody says it's hard to get masters but it's easy!" I tried hard to be happy for her but failed miserably. So now I probably have bad masters karma lol

 

Damn, you need to get one of those reversed.
