    So the new wage guidelines are (considering the highest minimum wage is $13 in CA):

    Underpaid - less than $8.34
    Low - between $8.34 and $14.95
    Fair - between $14.95 and $18.69
    Good - between $18.69 and $22.43
    Generous - above $22.43

    I actually think it makes sense.
