Thank you! I've been doubling down on trying to get my medications right this year. Its been super helpful, I've has a pretty intense year. It can be funny if you look at the right angles. During a really intense mania I added an *addition* onto my home. Well more realistically I started that project and still on going. But my mania got me to the point of no return pretty quickly
