03/11 - Watermelon Wednesday!

Have you considered trying a weighted blanket? I take medication every night but that helped me way more than I thought it would. I I love it so much I don't know if I could ever go back to using a regular blanket

 

I saw a kitty at petco who is missing a leg. I wanted to adopt him so bad.

 

I'm always dead by the end of the week because I just don't sleep enough in general.

 

When I had to do a sleep study, I wore this annoying beeper sized thingy on my wrist for a few weeks-ended up not even needing to do in the hospital sleep study cause they figured out what was wrong by the time I was done with the at home part. It might be worth asking about! (turns out I basically don't have circadian rhythms hah of course)

 

Same, love my blanket, I have a 12lb and my husband has a 15lb.

 

For me, apnea also caused my brain to relive trauma, so I was like reexperiencing it nightly. :/

So 100% awesome.

I have a 10 pounder and I made it for like...super cheap! If anyone ever wants a weighted blanket without spending a ton, there are really simple tutorials even dopes like me can handle and you can get the weighted polyfill bead things off etsy and a few other places for a fairly low cost.

 

A little tripod kitty sounds like the best

Ugh, I'm sorry you deal with that. I have raging bad nightmares that make me wake up flailing at times and I can't even imagine how crap yours get :/ hugs for everyone!
