Ok, I restarted my router but it still did not work. Got the same message:

 

Open qual, get told need qual... start getting pissed... then realize I haz qual alrady

It worked for the lockout, and it's still relevant

 

I tried to log in on my Mac desktop both firefox and chrome and then on my PC laptop on chrome and nothing is working. OMG!

 

how long did you leave the power cable out of the modem/router? usually 5 minutes is a good time. if that doesnt work try to ONLY remove the cookies for mturk. but tbh the last few people that had this issue, it resolved after leaving the power cable unplugged a few minutes to soft reset the router/modem

 

I only shut it off for a few seconds. But will try for longer.

It can't be cookies for Mturk because my husband, who does not have an mturk account, also cannot log into his amazon account and is getting the same message.
