I just put on facebook that people who are self quarantening should go outside and get fresh air every now and then because they can get sick staying inside too long. YES GET OUTSIDE! Get exercise. stay away from people but...sitting inside cloistered in a house that is not aired out and not moving your body makes you more succeptible to getting sick.

I'm about ready to head out for my sweaty walk.

 

I mean I suppose it's good for your mental health to get fresh air. Obviously good to stay active for the benefits related to physical exercise and cardiovascular health. Plus vitamin D from the sun or whatever.

But if you're referring to getting a virus because you spent too long indoors - would be imaginary pseudoscience on par with catching a cold because you went out in the cold.
