03/19 - Throw Down Thursday!

Wife got message today that Walmart is giving their employees a bonus on top of the June bonus they would normally get and moving said June bonus up to April. They wanted to make sure to thank everyone for working through this.

 

There's a school in my city that refuses to close despite the governor's mandate. So, that's cool.

 

Bet that will work out well for them

 

So you gonna live stream the national guard mowing down some elementary school arts & crafts teachers or do I gotta go to liveleak for this?

 

No doubt. The nation guard, or CDC or someone is gonna come knocking.

 

Online, the self-proclaimed old fashioned church said it has stepped up cleaning efforts in the wake of COID-19 but makes decisions to stay open “based on what is in the best interest of our people not because of government mandates.”

 

I assume it's something more heartfelt than just a "no u" but

Here they shut down the schools but the lunch ladies / food staff still have to go in to feed all the kids anyway. Parents are supposed to drive through pick up the food which.. I'm not really sure if that's a relief or just extra hassle but frankly idk the exact details so

 

Look at me, still having more faith in humanity than it deserves after all these years.
