    If you're using the panda trick, as @WimpLo suggests, you want to lower your panda delay to 1 second, as a general rule of thumb. :)

    They are being throttled, so even though it looks like you can grab a full queue, they are trickling.

    So far I have had 4 websites, 61 plumbers, 25 used cars

    No, I don't run any programs other than the the one that other workers give feedback/rating info on. I'm not sure how all that works, but I know I can only work on one hit at a time - and if I'm working for a particular requester, then there is the option to automatically accept the next one. I realize there are a jillion workers out there, so maybe it's just my timing on when I click accept.
