Trying to figure out the turk/homestead balance. I need the cashflow for at least 2-3 years. I honestly feel guilty cause I closed my scraper because I don't feel like doing any more surveys LOL.

Updated March 23 at 5:06 p.m. After large crowds swarmed Denver liquor stores and dispensaries following Mayor Michael Hancock’s announcement of the stay at home order, the city of Denver updated the order to say that liquor stores and both medical and recreational marijuana stores “with extreme physical distancing in place will be exempt,” according to a tweet. “This is an evolving situation and guidance will continue to be refined to ensure that all physical distancing measures are having the desired impact.” We will continue to update this story as more details become available.
