I am just so thankful it is getting better than before when it was getting worse. We have made huge strides lol

 

My daughter is 16...if she's here by herself she will literally have EVERY single light in the damn house on then tell you how she heard a noise,it's like how old are you?

 

That bad? I've been putting it off but $25 is too good to pass up...

 

I was probably in my mid 20s and on my own living alone before I grew out of this fear (for the most part, sometimes it still hits me for unknown reasons).

it's not about age, it's about feeling safe and secure. There's no age limit for that.
