Sharing for parents of kids old enough for this:

A friend and I started a game with the kids using the White House daily updates. At first it was just for her middle school aged kids, but now all the kids are in on it, even the ones in college.

Every day before the update we give them three key words or phrases to listen for in Trump's speech. They have to tally how often each one is said (they change daily). They get 5 cents per utterance. Tomorrow we're adding in "nuance" to the words to make it more challenging.

We also give them 25 cents each time Pence holds up the 15 day challenge sign and 5 cents each time Fauci touches his face.

We are very proud of ourselves for keeping up their Government subject home schooling. And the kids just want "easy money."

I honestly think this is a good way to keep kids who are old enough for this interested and informed in what's going on. Plus, it is something that isn't a movie or video game
