I should add she is a god awful student and hates school so I'm sure she thinks this is a vacation and will do zero work.

 

My kids have started their homework right at 8 am after breakfast every day of this stay at home process. Usually work on it until 10 when they finish.

 

8 AM...she's 16 I'm lucky if she's up by 2 in the afternoon.

Sounds like you might be past the point of organizing a routine then. I've had my kids on schedule for a loooong time.

 

I tried, she's got that ODD thing which basically means she's going to do the opposite of what anyone tells her, a great way to go through life.

She's basically always been a terrible student, blames teaches, doesn't listen etc etc, eve when she was little if you tried to make her do homework she'd ruin your evening so at 16...yea.
