I've always been able to with draw at 5 even did so today like an hour ago.

 

Thanks, I normally can too but today I tried to cash out- got the weird message about having to have at least 20p for PayPal- first time I've seen that message, unless I saw it years ago and forgot- but now my balance reads 0.00 and my transfer amount says pending review- whatever the hell that means. I sent an inquiry and they are usually good about responding in a timely manner, but just curious if anyone else had this situation or read an announcement of a new policy..

There's a small tiny possibility they maybe coulda changed it just today. I cashed out last night. Made $5.69 during the exchange from Pounds to dollars, and sooooo glad I waited instead of cashing out when the exchange rate was lower.
