Or are those people out there that can't cook at all...they do exist.

 

Protip: Eating out is incredibly dangerous during a pandemic. Of course do what you want, but know the risks. Other people touching your food is a quick way to get their coronavirus shot directly into a hole on your face. Food industry workers don't often get paid time off and can and will work while sick, and need to take care of themselves and their family. Also the fact that symptoms don't show until 5 days on average - while still being contagious.

 

Perfect time to learn.

 

You can put stuff in the oven. It's easy enough. Baked potatoes require no skill. Bacon and eggs is super simple too. Sandwiches aren't even cooking, just put stuff between bread.

 

I actually know a guy like this, the only food in his house is frozen meals and cans of soup because he legit can't cook anything at all. He's tried and he always fucks it up, he's nearly 40 and basically has accepted cooking is not his thing.

 

protip: dont be a picky eater, and everyone's a good chef, even you.

Tbh, even just sauteing a piece of chicken or a pork chop isn't rocket science. Shredded chicken? Even easier. I made a bunch of shredded chicken yesterday by putting a couple chicky boobs in a pot and covering it with a can of rotel, some taco seasoning, and chicken broth and then just simmer simmer untl shreddy chicken dinner. Ezpz chicken eaty.

thta's my go to.

Put oil in pan.

Chop up whatever meat is on hand.
Chop up whatever veggies are on hand.
Add some random shit like apples or weathered branches from the yard.
Season it with whatever is red, orange, white, yellow, or otherwise catches my eye
Wiggle it with a spatula every now and then.
Wait until the meat is adequately cooked.

Chomp.
Enjoy.

 

See I feel like this too but I'm good at cooking. Watching someone who is bad at it, it's like they just don't get it.

Noodles are really easy too. Get maybe two types of veggies, some oil, some soy sauce, and some chicken.Boil the noodles for a couple minutes. Cook the chicken in the oil, add the veggies when the chicken is cooked, add the noodles, add some soy sauce and boom. Chicken and veggies stir fry.
