    I just signed up for Shipt for my first ever grocery delivery scheduled for tomorrow. $14/mth is a little pricey, especially since the store is literally down the street, but I guess that's cheaper than 'Rona.

    well this doens't use the shipt app or a shipt account or anything,
    it was ordered through the meijer.com website for delivery, but they use shipt workers to deliver it as a 3rd party or whatever.
    I've just been getting a text message every hour telling me my new timeframe to expect it, but it has literally been getting pushed back every hour since this morning. There's no one to contact about it. Both shipt and meijer customer service keeps me on hold with some terrible music and an automated message telling me I should probably just hang up because they probably won't be able to help me.

    it's 10 bucks flat fee, but you still gotta tip generously as well. those people are risking their lives. $20 bill minimum IMO

    what the fuck is wrong with people?

    and thats why i dont use meijers delivery. even BEFORE all this damned mess they did shit like that. it took 3 days to get my groceries delivered to me and even then so many things were wrong. im not saying kroger or wm or anyone else is better, but jfc....meijers, never again

    I'm not sure what to think about this situation.
    It sort of sounds like they're doing half-way well at keeping you informed that all heck is breaking loose, and they're trying to do their best but can't make any promises. I just don't know.

    well I used walmart's delivery twice before this, but now I can't even schedule a time to get a delivery. They require you to schedule a time, and tell you to check back every morning when more times will be available, but all week I've been unable to get a time slot.
