I didn't eat any, but that dude was 100% the master of the pay drop. Those started as fire and ended up as "how much shit can we make this sucker do for a penny?"

 

I realize it may seem like I'm singling you out in particular. Sounds like you have a kind of crappy situation you're juggling.

I'm mostly just trying to make a point that everyone is at risk. And everyone is at risk of giving it to others. A lot of people think "oh it can't happen to me" and that's incredibly dangerous.

A friend of mine who is like the healthiest dude I know. Runs marathons and stuff. Has been hospitalized and unable to breathe. They actually sent him home today, and he's scared shitless of dying in his sleep, because this will be the first night his breathing will be completely on his own.

It's seriously terrifying knowing that someone who is the same age as me, who is quite a bit in better cardiovascular health than me has been totally obliterated by this thing

 

I was in the garage today rooting through things because I'm doing some painting. Found four brand new masks. They are for "dust" but I figure I'll start putting them on when I go out around people. Not out walking, but out to the post office or grocery store. I forgot I had those buried in my paint cabinet.

 

As a fat kid I'm screwed.

 

Oh yea that's fair, but in retrospect, you know that dude was getting scam booty blasted so I'm pretty meh on it. I made a good bit the first few drops then forget he existed when he fucked w/ the format the first time or w/e broke my AHK script b/c I couldn't even jquery my way out of a DOM selector at that point.

 

Oh, my joke looks in especially poor taste now. I'm sorry, I'm suuuper used to you being like 800% sarcastic. I mean no harm, but am also frustrated with the world as-is since down here we've fucked up beyond what can be explained w/r/t this whole debacle lol.

Holy shit. I'm so sorry to hear about your friend! I really hope he gets better soon so at least his fear can subside a bit!

It is shitty that I have to leave. I "stack" errands. I don't leave on days I don't have to go to post office. I don't shop for others on days I don't have to go to post office. If I have to go to my mom's to give her stuff for work or pick up stuff I stay on the porch. I just can't get the mail sent here (no way to put in a "forward" for all the mail that goes to our suite number, has to be by "name" and there are about 30 names that are on mail that go to us because we process bills for owners. )
anyway, I'm rambling. I'm trying so hard to be careful, carry hand sanitizer and anti-viral wipes and am obsessive when I'm out in public.

Keep us posted on your friend, ok? I don't know him but I feel like we're all in this together and every single one of us hit by this thing is a "brother in arms."

nah joke all you want. for real. That's why I like being here, because you guys are almost as dumb as I am and make me laugh.
To be honest, I use the term "friend" loosely. He's mostly just a dude I sat with at high school lunch and have remained in contact as a facebook friend. So it's not too personal or anything. Just really eye opening and scary seeing that this is hitting close to home.
