TBH we are small and all of us our kind of our IT department. Our network admin doesn't care as long as we are working and he works like 20 hours a day and is busy with other things. We have always just been told if you don't hear from us you are doing your job.

Yep I managed a class B network so lots of devices even before you took into account the stuff that was NATed and shared a public IP. Only time I gave a shit about what people were doing was when I was forced to get involved by management or they were doing something to harm or disrupt my network. Then I'd been pissed I'd actually have to talk to people. Aside from that I don't give a shit what kind of weird kink porn people were watching or what games they were playing. That's shit for their supervisors to deal with. I'm not the morality police.
