You can heavily skim and usually get the picture. I took longer on certain sections and took breaks, and my time is fine overall.

I am equal parts curious and horrified.

 

We had mozzarella-stuffed burgers with parmesan potatoes. Earlier was leftover beef tostadas meat on a bed of hashbrowns. Haven't figured out a plan for second dinner yet though.
