So when you say sausage and pasta do you mean together? Because my kid loves this:

ground Italian Sausage cooked.
Boil whole wheat pasta
Mix into hot pasta the sausage, cheddar cheese, sliced olives and sliced roma tomatoes if you like tomatoes. Serve.

Further, all recipes above freeze great. I make full batches and freeze leftovers in single serving containers for me and the kid for easy dinners.

that's how you get a pen for nearly free and get your nerd points doubled!

that is super neat.

 

When I was a kid I would cut the tip off the feather and pull the ink and tip out of a ballpoint pen and ram it in the feather lol it worked pretty well.
