who'd have thought one of the docs Monday suggested Icy Hot for my back and it actually helped. Still sore but not as bad and definitely less stiff. Last Night was the best nights sleep I've had in months that didn't involve resorting to prescription pain meds

Ok I need to find my motivation again. Been slacking on a lot of stuff including turking. I took the last 2 days off to get some stuff done at home and finally finished painting my living room and cleaning the house. Now back to work on Mturk, gardening, cooking and diet.
