Just missed a friend of mine who left me prizes on my doorstep. I was out back and too far away from my phone to get the Ring alert and kid is in the shower.

Just got a delivery of a ton of tortillas, tortilla chips and some caramel popcorn. Yum!

Gunna have to google some recipes that use up tortillas now (that go beyond enchiladas or quesadillas...)

bummed I missed my friend. She's stopped by before while walking dog and we chat miles apart from each other, lol.

 

Shit. I never thought of using Edge. I've got a slow-ass laptop that's run by 20 year old hamsters and can't be upgraded past Win 7. My internet is 2 bars of a 4g hotspot. I didn't think of using something with better resource management than Chrome for A/V HITs. Dammit.

 

Migas for breakfast. Just fry up some tortillas until crispy and pour over some eggs. Tear up the tortillas or cut them in strips or in triangles, whatever you like. Add other stuff in with the eggs if you want and maybe top with cheese and salsa.

Chilaquiles is basically Mexican comfort food. I love it. There's tons of recipes youtube. Rick Bayless probably has a good one. His channel is great.
