Please tell me I'm not the only one who finds LMS annoying? A lot are just not user-friendly!!! I just can't with them!
I did, I use SAP and it sucks when there's updates, have to relearn all the new changes that are made.
It's terrible. Our interface isn't too bad, but the content itself is just mind-numbing and only job-related in the most slightly tangential way possible.
But then again...between traditional filling paper by hand vs LMS where you input it all, it does make work a bit more easier.
