In the event your study is built on completing multiple and repetitive four minute trials, and a respondent has completed the previous trials with 100% accuracy, and the remaining trials will be easier than the preceding trials, please detect this and advance the respondent past the remaining trials; repeated perfection with a forced per interaction timer does not demonstrate respondent ability, rather, it demonstrates the task is insufficiently challenging to test the respondent.

Alternatively, provide an additional per trial bonus that increases total hourly compensation, to incentivize respondents to remain engaged with the task.
