Yes. You can download Win 10 and install and use it with just a couple limitations unless they changed it in the creators update. Download it from the official Microsoft download and just don't put the key in during installation. It'll have a watermark in the lower right of the screen and you can't change the desktop wallpaper. Have fun.

 

You can still get it for free if you are "disabled". A quick Google search will tell you how.
