Having learned how to ride myself, it's actually pretty tiring lol. I have an appreciation for the amount of work it takes. You really spend a lot of energy manuevering the bike and keeping balance and there's a lot of pushing it at times. It was 112 miles over mountains and stuff, so I get why he's tired. Your arms cramp up something awful, too.

I mean, I'm still ripping on him because it's a good workout, but not SO GOOD he needs day off. He just wants a day off and has a ton of time built up and he's a precious flower.
