Oh, I know. I went with the Special Edition because I wasn't gonna pay $60 for a damn game. The expansions that were included in the SE are enough to keep me occupied for the next decade. III and V though, they're done adding expansions and those two that are in the bundle have all of them.

 

Oh, and of course, as soon as I started playing, PC caught a $3 HIT with only a 120 minute timer. So I gotta knock that out or my PE is only gonna be $1.45

He can't go outside on a porch? If he can, you can put a box fan behind him so the airflow is going from him to you. It's the same principle as a negative-pressure hospital isolation room, just a bit rednecky. If you're wearing a mask, even a cloth one, and do that, and don't touch, he'll be fine. The virus doesn't just float around willy-nilly like wifi, nor aerosolize on it's own as a free virus.

 

I would love to but he would rather wait. Since he was hospitalized and had sepsis they are keeping everyone away until he is fully recovered. They don’t want to risk anything and I don’t blame them at all. I’d like to have him around as long as I can!

(also. I think he isn’t doing well and looks pretty bad so he doesn’t want my son to see his grandpa that way. My dad is kind of the John Wayne type and isn’t keen on appearing weak...)

It’s this kind of day here. It’s over 95 outside so no one wants to be out there. Though I was just in the pool trying to locate an elusive pinhole leak (no luck) Which felt great! so I may be back in our sieve of a pool this evening when the sun goes down.

I physically can't wear a mask right now until clinics start opening up for non-emergency issues, and not because of breathing. Which kinda sucks when I actually NEED to wear an N-95 for stuff like paint and solvent fumes, and when I was cleaning out the old chicken coop of assorted debris and crap.

I've been on an inhaler since February and I have such a hard time breathing but I wear it anyways. I thought about getting a face shield because it takes me quite awhile to get back to normal breathing.

 

I literally can't. Got a non-malignant vascular tumor behind my eye that came back eventually after the last surgery to remove it. Can't wear a mask over your nose when your eyeball itself is sitting on the bridge of your nose.

I look like Igor got ran over by a steamroller, Looney Tunes style.
